We recommend you plan at least six months in advance for a program in the United States and nine months in advance for International programs.
2. Get Your Group on Board
If you need them, we can provide promotional materials to advertise the program to your group.
3. Enroll
Call in with our special toll-free number just for groups, or enroll online with a private group code.
4. Need Airfare?
Let us know in advance so we can help.
5. Get Ready for Adventure!
When your program begins, our experienced Group Leaders will take care of everything and your group will have the learning adventure of a lifetime.

The dates, price, schedule — we’ll finalize all the details.
Payments
Don’t worry about collecting payments from members of your group. We’ll handle that.
Program Information Packets
Once your members enroll in your program, we’ll send them information packets that include all the things they’ll need to know: travel instructions, a packing list,
a detailed schedule and much more.
Post-Program Evaluation
After the program concludes, we collect the results from our evaluation survey and send them to the Group Organizer for reference.
