Sorrento & the Breathtaking Amalfi Coast

Gianluca De Francesco is a licensed Italian professional guide with twenty years of experience, including leading hiking groups in the Calabrian mountains, working at ski resorts in the Alps and Finland, and leading cultural explorations in south Italy. He has a passion for history, archeology, and geology, which he studied at the University of Bologna. Gianluca’s true love is his Calabrian homeland, which he enthusiastically shares with visitors to his region.

Alessandra Sarappa was born and raised in Rome. She studied English at Rice University in Texas before spending seven years in the UK. She was part of the cabin crew at British Airways for 25 years, and worked with English customers in Sorrento as a customer resort helper for Jet2Holidays for one summer. She then became a group leader for companies including AG Boutique in Rome, Laser Jet in Riccione, and the Aloschi Bros cruise agency. Her interests range from art to nature and gastronomy.

Flavia De Gennaro was born and raised in Sorrento in the province of Naples. In 2019, she started leading groups all over Italy and in Europe. She leads groups in Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and Naples. She previously worked as a travel agent with her sister's agency. Flavia’s passions include art, history, world cultures, and traveling.

Fabio Congedo is a professional archaeologist who, after years on international excavation sites in Italy, Egypt, and Romania), has also worked in the travel industry since 2015. He is a licensed group leader who speaks Italian and English, with licenses issued by the regions of Lazio, Puglia, and Sardinia. He specializes in experiential travel, and is a member of ASSOTES (Professional Association of Experiential Tourism Operators).

Simone Spinazze was born in Rome. Thanks to his father’s job, he had the chance to spend long periods of his youth in different countries. He studied performing arts. He thinks that becoming a group leader is a natural consequence of these two main interests in his life. He keeps traveling and loves knowing people and showing them his beautiful country. He currently lives with his wife and kid in Bolsena, a medieval village upon a beautiful lake not far from Orvieto, Umbria.
