Edie Kilchenstein, a certified yoga instructor, has gained experience and teaching expertise in yoga, reflexology and nutrition. For many years, she has taught many stretch classes based on yoga and other holistic methods. She’ll help loosen up your joints and muscles to make your skiing day much more productive, safe and enjoyable as studies have shown stretching helps decrease strained muscles and joints. You will love starting out each ski day with a short 45 minute stretch class in a supportive and nurturing environment.
