Photo ID of marine mammals is his specialty, and has worked from British Columbia to Baja Mexico and Hawaii with the Pacific Whale Foundation and the Northwest Marine Mammal Stranding Network. John worked as Interpreter at the Bureau of Land Management Yaquina Head Lighthouse and Natural Scenic Area in Newport. Oregon and explores the wonders of the Northwest coast with his wife, Stephanie and daughter, Sierra.
