1
Welcome, Introductions, and Orientation.

Activity note: Time for socialization and getting to know group participants. Although the Center does not sell or serve alcoholic beverages, participants are welcome to bring their own to enjoy during afternoon and/or evening social times.

Afternoon: Please plan to arrive between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. Registration and check in at Main Lobby. Welcome & Orientation at 4:30, introduction to instructors and a look at the week ahead.

Dinner: A buffet-style dinner is served from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.

Evening: Get Acquainted and Social Activities. Beverages and light snacks are offered during this time.

Intro to Tai Ji, Painting & Photography. Campfire & Songs.

Activity note: Optional morning hike will be tailored for participants, with consideration for length and difficulty. Wear comfortable clothes to Tai Ji. Campfire will take place at the lake.

Breakfast: Breakfast served 7:00 - 8:30 AM.

Morning: 7:00 - 8:00 AM: Early Morning Stretch (optional) will feature a guided hike. (8:30- 9:00) :Morning Update: Whole Group Meeting to review day ahead. 9:30 - Noon: Morning Sessions: Introduction to Tai ji (for those interested in participating in Tai ji sessions throughout the week) Introduction to Watercolors with Mary Guntzviller and Introduction to Photography with Charles St. Charles.

Lunch: Lunch served 12:00 - 1:00 PM.

Afternoon: 1:00 - 3:30 PM Watercolor instruction for novice painters. Painting room open for all. 3:30 - 4:00 Afternoon break with light refreshments 4:30 - 6:00 PM - (optional) Afternoon Stretch: Yoga with Jen or recreational choices on your own.

Dinner: Dinner served 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Evening: Evening Presentation- Songs around the campfire. Evening concludes with time for socialization and light snacks. (Note: Painting room is open for those wishing to paint.)

Afternoon: 1:00 - 3:30 PM Instructional watercolor painting session with Mary. 3:30 - 4:00 Break with light refreshments 4:30 - 6:00 Afternoon Stretch: Recreation time on your own - - canoe/kayak/hike on your own

Evening: 7:30 - 8:00 PM Evening presentation: The Art of Mary Guntzviller. Evening concludes with time for socialization and light snacks. Painting room will be open in the evening for those wishing to paint.

Afternoon: 1:30 - 3:30 PM Plein Air Painting with Mary 3:30 - 5:00 PM Afternoon Stretch Recreational time on your own - kayak/canoe/hike

Evening: 6:30 - 7:30 Optional: After supper pontoon boat ride of Center Lake. 7:30 - 8:30 Evening Special Presentation: Charles St. Charles shares his work and recent projects. Socialization time with light snacks, following the presentation.

Activity note: Forest Ecology hike takes us on hiking trails - walking sticks provided. Story telling & Talents: Those wishing to participate should prepare a 3 minute presentation to share. Music, jokes, book reviews, poems, readings, skits, etc. are all encouraged.

Morning: 7:00 - 8:00 AM Early Morning Stretch - Tai ji. 9:30 - 10:30 AM The Forest in Transition - Forest Ecology Hike 8:00 - Noon: Painting Room and Photography Room open

Evening: Early Evening Pontoon tour of Center Lake. Evening Special Presentation: Sharing of stories, jokes, and music - by the fireplace or campfire while enjoying light snacks.
