View the collection of 435 hand-coloured copper engravings of the Birds of America by John James Audubon. Depart Fredericton for St. Andrews. Enroute stop at St. Croix River & Island park and learn about Samuel de Champlain's ill fated first attempt to establish a settlement. Continue to St. Andrews to Kingsbrae Gardens a 27 acre horticultural centre that features over 50,000 perennials.
After exploration of the gardens, dine in the Garden Cafe where the culinary team prepare a lunch utilizing fresh ingredients from the grounds and products from across the Province.
With a local historian, become acquainted with this beautiful, historic seaside town. Check-in mid afternoon at the Algonquin Hotel
