Morning: Transfer to the ship to embark.

Lunch: On board. Lunches on board are three or four course, served meals.

Afternoon: Attend a welcome introduction in a seaside restaurant. Program Orientation: The Group Leader will greet everyone and lead introductions. We will review the program theme, the up-to-date Daily Schedule and any changes, discuss safety guidelines, emergency procedures, roles and responsibilities, and answer any questions you may have. Indicated times are approximate. Program activities, schedules, and personnel may need to change due to local circumstances. In the event of changes, we will alert you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Dinner: Welcome dinner on board. Dinners on the ship are three or four course, served meals. Water is included in the program cost at all meals.

Breakfast: On board. On this program, breakfasts will offer a typical European style breakfast buffet with breads, cheeses, cold-cuts, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juice, milk, coffee, tea and water.

Morning: Each day there will be two optional excursions to choose from. Option 1: Visit Keukenhof, "the Garden of Europe," which has more than 7 million bulbs in bloom every spring, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. A unique and unforgettable experience. Option 2: Go on a relaxing canal boat ride for the ultimate experience of Amsterdam, including a visit to the Rijksmuseum, the national museum of the Netherlands. There you can see highlights like Rembrandt's world famous "Night Watch" painting.

Afternoon: Take this opportunity for personal independent exploration to see and do what interests you most. Please refer to the list of Free Time Opportunities, which can be found in the first Information Packet. The Group Leader will be happy to offer suggestions and give directions.

Morning: Attend a Road Scholar exclusive lecture focusing on Dutch History.

Lunch: On board.

Afternoon: Option 1: Visit a tulip farm, where you will learn about tulips while enjoying a high tea experience. Option 2: Go on a walking tour to discover the history of Hoorn, a town and former Dutch East India Company base on the Ijsselmeer Lake. Afterwards, a local family will welcome you in their home to tell you about their traditions and lifestyle.

Morning: Option 1: Visit the Hague, one of the three most important cities in the Netherlands. Here, you can explore the palace of Prince Johan Maurits, home to various masterpieces from the Dutch Golden Age, including the painting "Girl with a Pearl Earring" by Johannes Vermeer. Option 2: Take in the architectural highlights of breathtaking Rotterdam, such as the Cubic Houses and the new Market Hall, during a guided walk through the city center.

Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy some free time to explore the Rotterdam city center or one of the museums on your own.

Dinner: On board.

Evening: At leisure or enjoy the on board evening entertainment.

Morning: Take in an exclusive lecture on daily life and education in the Netherlands, followed by a cruise through the Rotterdam Harbor, the biggest harbor in Europe.

Lunch: On board.

Afternoon: After sailing through the southwestern part of the Netherlands, a large delta protected by the famous Dutch Delta Project, attend an exclusive lecture on Dutch water management, and learn how the Dutch survive below sea level.

Dinner: On board.

Evening: At leisure or enjoy the on board evening entertainment.

Breakfast: On board.

Morning: Option 1 is a full-day excursion: an introduction on foot to Bruges, an exquisitely preserved medieval town whose charm will capture us immediately. Smaller and more contained than many other Old Flemish cities, Bruges gives the impression that we have stepped back in time.

Lunch: On board or in a local restaurant, depending on which optional excursion you choose.

Afternoon: Option 2: Enjoy a panoramic view of Ghent on a canal cruise, offering a unique perspective of the city by boat.

Dinner: On board.

Evening: At leisure or enjoy the on board evening entertainment.

Breakfast: On board.

Morning: After disembarking the ship, enjoy a guided city walk in the city center of Ghent with an included visit to the St. Bavo Cathedral. Here you will see the "Adoration of the Mystic Lamb," the most famous painting of the Van Eyck brothers and the altarpiece of the cathedral.

Lunch: At a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Coach to Brussels, where you will stop at the Atomium on the grounds of the 1958 World Exhibition. After this, transfer and check in to the Sheraton airport hotel.

Dinner: Farewell dinner at the hotel.

Evening: At leisure.
