This trip was a great introduction to Cuba, provided an informative overview of the history of relations between Cuba and the U.S., and had the mystique of the Hemingway connection.

5 stars plus ! Beverly Citron was the best ! . She went way beyond just doing her job. This is her passion in life and she lives and breathes it . I'm planning on more Road Scholar trips and will especially look for trips with Beverly .

A good, modestly priced opportunity to enjoy a view of Havana in a pleasant environment with generous and accommodating fellow students. I hope to return to Cuba to see and learn more. Mike F.

The trip was excellent. Well organized. Nice participant. Great staff. Only negative for us were the quality of meals on ship. Difficult at times to eat healthy. Also the last 30 hours at sea were a bit biting for us - maybe flying home could be option??
