On this walking adventure through Germany’s third-largest city, join local experts for an exploration of royal palaces, historic plazas and neighborhoods known for their culinary wonders. Delight in field trips to quaint towns outside of Munich that offer a look at the impressive Neuschwanstein Castle and Herrenchiemsee New Palace, both built by King Ludwig II. Throughout your journey, enjoy free time to explore Munich on your own and take in the sights, sounds and tastes that intrigue you! As a special highlight each year we have one departure during Oktoberfest.
