This was our first Road Scholar trip, and while we try to always be sure our travels include an educational component, we thought it was on a high par with others we've taken, and a good value.

This was a thorough and rewarding trip to Mexico City, a place with a most interesting history and architecture from the time of the Aztecs, through the Spanish ruling times to independence from Spain in 1810. Loved it.

I just retired and this is my first experience with road scholar was in credible I will be doing this again thanks rich

What an amazing trip. Our trepidations about going to Mexico City were unfounded. The art, museums, ruins, people, food - well worth it

A great introduction to Mexico City!

The Great Global Get-Together in Mexico City was a fabulous introduction to one of the world's great city. The accommodations were excellent and the group leaders provided the participants with a wonderful learning experience.

My husband and I just completed the program "Together in Mexico". It was a delightful experience full of learning opportunities. We experienced the flavor of Mexico City present and past. It has encouraged me to learn more about Mexican history. Absolutely delightful staff.

This is a great program! Mexico City should be a “must see” on anyone’s travel list.

Wow! We climbed the steps of ancient pyramids, faced the icons of a fearsome mythology, learned of the upheavals of political and environmental shifts over thirty centuries, marveled at the powerful works of Mexican muralists and artists of the last century, sauntered through parks, gardens, arched courtyards, market stalls, nearly overwhelmed by the riot of intense color and energy, and then there was the food!!!!

Despite the "minimalist hotel"we stayed in , this trip was both educational and enjoyable. Our teacher was enthusiastic and knowledgeable; our guides could not have been better! You will learn about Mexico's history and culture and learn to communicate with Spanish speakers also. We were glad we attended. Be ready to do lots of walking!

Being a fan of the History Channel's "Ancient Aliens," I greatly enjoyed the visit to Teotihuacan.

The Road Scholar trip to Mexico City was everything I'd hoped it would be. We saw great things, ate interesting food, and met wonderful people. Looking forward to our next Road Scholar adventure!

This was a wonderful program, as it included the highlights of Mexico City. Although the group was larger than other tours, it was handled well logistically. If you are interested in Mexican archaeology, history, or art, you will enjoy this trip. The highlights I especially appreciated were the Anthropology Museum, Teotihucan, and the Frida Kahlo House/Museum.

This program was a wonderful introduction to Mexico for me. I felt safe and well cared for throughout thanks to the wonderful guides and program administrators. Mexico City is wondrous in its riches! If you love history, art, beautiful buildings, archeology, and walking a lot, you'll love this program. I could not have been more thrilled with my experience. Not to mention the excellent food, hotel, and my fellow travelers.

We had a great time in Mexico City. The excursions were all excellent. It is a somewhat active trip but there was also free time most days. The location of the hotel was ideal for being able to go out and explore on your own. Lots to do in the evenings and many good restaurants close by. Our guide was excellent!
