This was my favorite trip of all time. Road Scholar's mission is educational travel and did we get educated. And rivaling the education was the magnificent scenery and the intimate and friendly environment of the small ship - awe inspiring.

This trip was a mother- daughter getaway to a beautiful landscape on a small ship with Road Scholar participants exclusively. We added an additional day before and after the cruise due to the long travel distance, and added our own excursions in both Ketchikan and Juneau. The first two days of the cruise on the lower part of the inside passage were a bit too slow and boredom was beginning to set in. Once we saw the first iceberg our attitudes began to change Overall the trip was very relaxing, with good company, good service from the ship's crew, and good food.
