Perfect program for a first trip to New-York

Jean Xavier

Excellent program for people they never visit New-York before.

If you have the NYC iconic sites on your bucket list, then this is the program for you! I had never been to NYC and found the metro system easy to use and the guidance for this trip was excellent. We stayed blocks from the Empire State Building and Times Square so you are in a great location to use the metro to get to a wide variety of locations. This trip is a great first trip if you've never been here but is also a great one for those that want some extra time to explore things on their own, as well, and maybe hit a Broadway show or two. Enjoy! I know I did!!!

The hotel is well located but no in-room coffee or frig. Tiny bathroom with soap, shampoo, hand cream, hair dryer only. Plenty of walking and subway stairs!! Friendly natives ready to help with directions. I found the city easy to get around as long as you have 3 maps: sights, subways and bus, all in the little tourist book all hotels give away. Extremely long lines at Empire State Bldg!! Not much to see on Liberty Island; plenty to see on Ellis Island.

This was a great trip - great guides for the structured activities but lots of free time for more adventurous types. Highly recommended!
