Horseback riding requires long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring shoes that can get wet for water ecology.
The hot buffet breakfast varies daily, including sausage or bacon omelet, biscuits and gravy, bacon, pancakes, or French toast. Fresh fruit, breads, cereals and pastries are always available. Beverages include coffee, tea, milk, and juices.
"What's in and around the water" – a hands-on lesson on aquatic ecology at our very own cold springs. Then, we’ll learn how to tack horses and enjoy an educational arena ride at the Equestrian Barn.

Meet some new animal friends at the Nature Center tonight. We’ll learn about habitats and diet, and even get to pet the rabbits, snakes, or lizards. Once darkness falls, we’ll embark on a night hike led by Trout Lodge specialists.
