Richard Cheatham
A graduate of Whittier College, Richard Cheatham has lectured and written extensively on film history and criticism. He holds a master’s in film education and a Ph.D. in critical cinema studies from the University of Southern California. As a professor at Whittier College, he served as assistant professor of theatre arts, director of the media center, director of video production, and senior lecturer of film studies. He has written, directed and produced numerous video productions. Recently retired, Mr. Cheatham now lives in Carmel Valley, Calif.
