I can whole-heartedly recommend this program for other women. Solo travelers were made to feel completely at home with the total group. It is also a lovely program to share with a friend as well. The activities were extremely diverse but within the theme of the program. Newcomers to some of the activities were made to feel comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone. The group coalesced beautifully at the very first session and we all left feeling that we had shared something incredibly special. I could do it all over again.

If you have never experienced the southwestern United States or even if you have, but wish to become reacquainted with it, take this tour! It allows independent individuals an opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities attuned to Santa Fe's unique offerings. You will learn more than you expected in a congenial and enjoyable way - no tests or exams, just fun. GO FOR IT!

Another fantastic adventure with Road Scholar. Everything was great - accommodations, events, fellow participants, and a wonderful group leader in Darla Swanson.

This program was very enriching and hit just the right note with me--a great variety of activities, but not hectic, with some fun programs: a cooking school, spa visits, and wonderful meals in various locales. Our guide and other presenters were highly informative and educational, without being preachy. The group members quickly became friends and supported each other in many positive ways during the trip. The Santa Fe region in New Mexico is rich in history and culture, all of which we were able to experience and learn about. There was more to see and do, so I would recommend adding two days to the trip to make it a weeklong program!
