Kelly Place is both an outdoor educational center and unique bed and breakfast located in the heart of the Four Corners. The lodge is an adobe-style building with courtyards, built in the mid-1960s. The atmosphere is relaxed, southwestern style. Situated on 40 acres, nestled between majestic Sleeping Ute Mountain and the red rock canyons--former home of the prehistoric "cliff-dweller' Ancestral Puebloans, bordering Canyons of the Ancients National Monument, and featuring over 25 archaeological sites. Descend into a kiva, fully restored by Road Scholar participants, and imagine what it was like a thousand years ago.
