As a senior lecturer at the Easter Institute of Technology at Hawkes Bay, Tim shares his knowledge on the science of wine in his work in the Department of Viticulture and Wine Studies. He has a degree in viticulture from Charles Sturt University, and looks forward to introducing you to New Zealand’s beautiful wine country.
