This is a great trip for people looking to participate in a variety of activities in the Tetons and Yellowstone. The participants were grouped by desired activity level to accommodate everyone. I would consider the more active groups as a category 2 activity program.

This program exceeded expectations. Breaking down the larger group into smaller groups allowed diverse interests and levels of stamina to be well accomodated. Staff are warm, engaging, and knowledgeable. The school is a dynamic enterprise and an excellent base of operations. Exploring the Grand Tetons on land and water, high and low was wonderful

What a fabulous introduction to Road Scholar and The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. I had heard great things about Road Scholar from friends who have traveled with them and this trip was on my bucket list. Although I had done a lot of traveling in the past, this far exceeded my expectations and allowed me, as a single to participate without feeling left out or on my own. It was fun traveling with older adults who want to remain as physically active as they can, while they can. I'm sure I will be traveling with Road Scholar in the future.

This was my fifth RS trip but my first get together and I was pleasantly surprised at how much it exceeded my expectations. The variety of experiences was exceptionally enjoyable and I would highly recommend this program and especially the Teton Science School. I emphatically recommend the suggested reading materials which greatly enhance the experiences, as most of my companions haven't read much prior to the trips.

We had a great time! Our leaders, David and Sami, were very knowledgeable, cheerful, patient, and just really good people. We met many interesting fellow travelers and made some new friends. I highly recommend this program to anyone who loves mountains, national parks, wildlife, and the great outdoors! Pat and Jerry Nichols, St. Louis, MO

Absolutely spectacular scenery and unforgettable week. Would highly recommend this trip for a packed week of sightseeing, activities like canoeing, hiking and a float trip, dinners out in Jackson, and seeing one of the best parts of our great country. Staying at the Teton Science School was interesting and comfortable, and it was fun being able to participate in a service project. I especially liked learning about Marty Murie. Thank you for an incredible week!

Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park are beautiful locations for an adventure in Wyoming! So glad I spent time there! Yellowstone was my main goal in traveling to Wyoming, but the Tetons were so breathtaking and lovely to see!

Wonderful program, great location, good and easy lodgings, food accommodations for many different diets, outdoor activity levels for all, wonderful daily excursions and hikes. If you have always wanted to see Jackson Hole, this is the way to see it: hike it, paddle it, raft it, see it from the bottom, see it from the top- and all surrounded by really great educators and new found friends. 5 stars*****

Incredible and wonderful trip that I would highly recommend for everyone! The Grand Tetons are magnificent as is the area that surrounds Jackson Hole, Wyoming. However, the best part of the trip were the people that we met and enjoyed for seven days. Working along side the Teton Science School, we were divided into groups. My husband and I were so fortunate to be chosen for the Wolf Pack! Our companions in this group were wonderful and so much fun to be with. We never stop laughing ! Each group had a group leader and we had an incredible young woman named Kelsey. She was the best and brought this beautiful place to life for us! Everyone with Road Scholar was gracious and helpful! Everyday was something different! We hiked mountains, canoe lakes and floated down the Snake River! My most memorable moment however was staring into the eyes of the most beautiful red fox that I had ever seen. It was magical! If you love adventure, love to laugh and being outdoors, this trip is a must!

This was our first Road Scholar trip. It was well-organized, all the details were in place so all we had to do was show up for each day's activities. The Tetons have been on my Bucket List a long-time and this was a perfect way to experience them physically and philosophically.

We decided to try a Road Scholar program rather late in our lives. I wish we had started sooner! We will still try to do as many as we are able.

If you enjoyed camp as a kid, then you will enjoy this. Food was good, activities were plentiful, only mildly strenuous. Included participants from all over the country. Enjoyed making new friends and hope to see them more in the future.

Just back from an amazing program at Teton Science School in Jackson Hole. No picture or film can prepare you for the beauty of the Grand Tetons. Whether canoeing, rafting, or hiking, a spectacular view of the mountains is around the next bend. The young adults who are the outdoor educators for the program are enthusiastic and passionate about the area and eager to share their knowledge with Road Scholars.
