Amigo Centre is a great place to stay and the director planned so many interesting "extras" that were above and beyond the class itself. I have now done two Road Scholar trips to this location and I will do another in 2020 because I so enjoy it!

A fun way with others to learn different aspects of the quilting craft. A great camp activity for adults with comfortable rooms and good food. I went last year and will go again next year.

The program accommodated both beginners and advanced quilters and the setting beautiful. Accommodations were comfortable and dietary needs were respected. We were able to take breaks as needed and I often went for short hikes when I got tired of working.

Carol and Marie are delightful instructors with many years experience between them. The class materials are excellent with many color pages, patterns and graphs. The Amigo Centre is a gem as is the staff.

The quilting portions of this trip were informative and well run. If something needed re-explained there was always someone there to help. The trip to the quilting bee was phenomenal and I learned a great deal. The Thrasher's meal was a fun experience. I was unsure about what I would experience since this was my first trip and I was solo, and younger than most participants. I was welcomed, and when I realized I had forgotten some tools at home, others let me use theirs. I also enjoyed having the genealogy program running at the same time, and the combined activities, such as meals and the talent show. Overall, a great and wonderful experience. Just a sidenote, this is a Mennonite run facility. They do offer a bible study and song of grace before meals. No one was ever made to feel this was necessary as part of the program. The entire facility staff was warm and accommodating.

Truly a program for any skill level and presented very well. The instuctors were very encouraging and now I'm motivated to continue working on the project from home. Accommodations were so comfy! The Amigo Centre has staff that are so kind. The Program Director goes the "extra mile" in every way.
