Terrific and varied itinerary to places I'd never been to!

The program entitled "On the Road: California's Pacific Coast Highway" is excellent - interesting and varied, including man made wonders such as the Getty Villa and Hearst Castle and natural wonders such as otters and sea lions. It is fast paced and full of new things to learn about and experience. Every day was a new adventure. I would highly recommend it.

My husband and I both loved this program. We were looking for a Yosemite National Park program, and are so happy we chose this one, as we enjoyed every single stop along the way. It is an ambitious itinerary, but there's not one thing we'd have wanted to skip.

Road Scholar is #1. If you haven't booked your trip yet do it today. You will have no regrets.

For anyone who wants an overview of California's highlights this is the program. City experiences, the arts and architecture, and the natural splendor of the coast and Yosemite with excellent docents and guides along the way. Not to mention the luck of perfect California weather.

This was a great trip with FABULOUS food and hotels. Loved the scenery. Our group of 20 could stretch out on bus and be very comfortable. Be ready for a long day in L.A. -- I think we ended up walking about 7 hours only stopping for lunch. Our road trip covered many stops and I can't say which place was my favorite because they all turned out to be favorites--however, Yosemite was even more majestic than I had imagined. Fabulous trip-- make sure you wear comfortable shoes!!
