After traveling around the United States, Israel and the Caribbean, Karen was inspired to become a group leader and to show people the wonders of Cleveland. She currently volunteers entertaining senior citizens, working as a medical receptionist at a clinic for mentally ill patients, greeting people at a support center for those touched by cancer and more.
