Then we will have a class on The Playwright: His Life and Times.

Lunch: Lunch at Winona State University

Afternoon: Following lunch there will be two classes. One will be an overview of the first play you will see and the other will be an opportunity to talk to the actors who will be on stage. Hear about their backgrounds, how they were hired, what they do to prepare for a role, and an opportunity to ask any of those questions you always wished you could ask when you see a stage production. These talented professional actors will share their stories with you in a most enjoyable class session.

Dinner: Dinner at a local restaurant.

Evening: You will have excellent seats as we attend the first play of this Road Scholar program which is the non-Shakespeare play, "Shakespeare in Love". As an added bonus there will be a "company conversation" following the play where you will be able to ask questions of the cast and give them feedback on your reactions to the production.
