Arrivals and Program Orientation

Afternoon: 3:00 is hotel check in. AFTER 4:00pm: come to the hotel's board room located on the lower level to register with your Program Coordinator and pick up your arrival packet. Programs are planned far in advance, so local circumstances may require changes from time to time. We will notify you as quickly as possible should there be any changes and appreciate your understanding. 5:00pm: We begin our orientation to the program and introduce staff and members of the group. We’ll review the schedule and any updates and answer any questions you may have.

Dinner: 5:00pm: Enjoy your first meal at at a nearby restaurant.

A guided Times Square Walk/off- Broadway Performance

Breakfast: Full buffet breakfast provided in the hotel.

Morning: Visit a Broadway theater and take a guided walk around the theater district.

Lunch: In the Meeting Room

Afternoon: Meet people in the theater world

Dinner: In a neighborhood restaurant

Evening: Attend an off- Broadway theater performance TBA. Our performances are usually announced six weeks prior to the start date, once tickets have been purchased.
