Consistently good food and great marine views punctuated our trip.

Mary Anna

The Queen Mary is not like a boring cruise ship. It is a fascinating, living historical, beautiful ship with staff who have obviously fallen in love with "her". The craggy island of Catalina has an interesting history. It is wonderful that they have a conservancy to preserve nature on most of the island.

For anyone interested in the history of World War 2 and the participation of the QM will find this program most informative. At the same time learn about the decorative art applied in the 30's to a floating mega-ship.

This was a real adventure and a great way to learn about the Queen Mary and Catalina. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to attend this program. If you drive, parking is expensive. Maybe Road Scholar could mitigate this cost!!!

Historical and fun... Loved the entire venue... Am mildly handicapped but had no problems.

Left home on my first Road Scholar trip to meet new friends and have an adventure...and I did! Met interesting and wonderful people from all over the country. The Queen Mary and its living history was a great first trip. Take this trip if you can.
