Quilting: Celtic Wall Hanging

Ancient Celtic Design and fabrics will be used to produce the wall hanging. Techniques to make your own fabric bias; transfer the design to fabric; manipulate and attach the bias as you "over and under" will complete the first part of the project. Border application and using another Celtic Design for the quilting will complete the project.
