Against a backdrop of highland desert and tropical forest, immerse yourself in colonial architecture, native costumes and the interplay of high-altitude light and shadows as professional artists lecture, demonstrate and critique the skills of drawing and watercolor painting. Enhance your exploration with lectures on area history, culture and crafts and visits to the missions established by Junipero Serra.
