Churchill and Southern Manitoba: Ptarmigan to Pelicans

Meet the birds who populate Manitoba’s starkly varied habitats from the pothole lakes of the south deep into the heart of the vast Arctic. Begin in Southern Manitoba, home to Bald Eagle and Black-crowned Night-Heron, then board your flight to the tiny Arctic outpost of Churchill, where the Willow Ptarmigan and Boreal Owl make their home.
