Explore the Italian cuisine and heritage of North Beach, experience the markets and delicacies of bustling Chinatown, and refine your tastes with gourmet favorites at the San Francisco Ferry Building. Eat lunch prepared by culinary students at City College of San Francisco, acquire the secrets of premier vineyards during a wine tasting, and learn from a professional critic about life in the competitive restaurant scene. Conclude with an exclusive cooking lesson led by professional teaching chefs who impart their knowledge of gourmet techniques and recipes.
