A Kanawha County native and retired professional roofer, Joe set up shop in Frame, W.V. and operates a successful craft business with his wife, Mary. Joe creates his one-of-a-kind vessels from burls and native woods found in the West Virginia mountains, and his work has been featured in exhibitions throughout the state.
