| Breakfast: | Breakfast will be served 8:00-8:45 am, buffet style in the Mayflower Dining Room featuring cold and hot cereals, bread to toast, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, fruit bar with yogurt and granola, plus coffee, tea, and juices. | | Morning: | Our focus for this morning will be on the history of Jazz, along with stories of the great ones led by an outstanding teacher and professional bass player of Jazz.
The morning break will include coffee, tea, water, fruit and homemade Danish to renew your energy.
The history and story of Jazz will continue for the rest of the morning. | | Lunch: | Lunch will be served buffet style from 12:30-1:15 pm in the Mayflower Dining Room inviting your to the choices of a salad bar, soup of the day, taco salad, make your own sandwich, brownies or cookies, drinks of your choice. (Gluten free and vegetarian is available upon request). | | Afternoon: | The afternoon will bring opportunities to enjoy the Pilgrim Pines beach on Swanzey Lake, swimming, reading, relaxation, canoeing, Pontoon boat rides will be offered and an option for a guided hike will be offered. Golf, tennis are available on campus.
Late afternoon you will be invited to your first session on healing the world with an outstanding instructor. | | Dinner: | Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm in the Mayflower Dining Room. After announcements and a blessing for the day a full buffet dinner awaits your palate featuring a salad bar, meat and vegetable entrée, dessert and drinks of your choice. (gluten free and special vegetarian meals are available upon request). | | Evening: | Our evening class will be focused at 7:15 pm on healing ourselves, taught by a veteran acupuncturist who employs the ancient method of 'feng shui' in his practice. | | Evening: | The evening will conclude with a light snack, opportunities to converse, watch TV, put together a puzzle, play parlor games, etc. | |
