Jordan

In this land that makes up part of the cradle of civilization, the ancient history of Jordan blends with a modern identity strong in commerce, religion and politics. Jordan’s location in the Fertile Crescent is home to the Dead Sea — the lowest elevation point on land — as well as historic landmarks including the ancient city of Petra and the Roman ruins of Jerath.
