 Afternoon: Arrival at Club Quarters Hotel check-in is at 3:00. Check in, pick up program packets in hotel lobby.
 Dinner: Dinner at a local downtown restaurant.
 Evening: Welcome and orientation.

Day 2: Bus Tour of historical North Shore/Cuneo Museum & Gardens/Chicago Botanic Garden
(Monday, September 16)

Note: Explore Chicago's north shore, including an expert-led visit to the Baha'i Temple, the only one in North America.
   
 Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel.
 Morning: Coach bus tour of Chicago's North Shore.
 Lunch: Lunch at local eatery.
 Afternoon: Docent-led exploration of Cuneo Museum and Gardens. The Cuneo mansion was built in the Venetian style in the early 20th century.
 Dinner: Tour of the Gardens. Followed by a private dinner.
 Evening: Relax at the hotel, or perhaps take a stroll along Chicago's Magnificent Mile.

Day 3: Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio/Bus tour of Frank Lloyd Homes/Unity Temple and Ernest Hemingway Museum and Home
(Tuesday, September 17)

Note: We will spend the day exploring Oak Park, a community rich in history and culture. We will focus on the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and the literary tradition of Ernest Hemingway.
   
 Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel.
 Morning: Discover the architectural brilliance of Chicago native Frank Lloyd Wright.
 Lunch: Lunch at Winberie's Restaurant.
 Afternoon: Explore Frank Lloyd Wright's Unity Temple and visit the museum and childhood home of Author Ernest Hemingway.
 Dinner: On your own to explore local fare.
 Evening: Free evening to enjoy the city.

Day 4: Museum of Science and Industry/Oriental Institute and Greektown
(Wednesday, September 18)

Note: Today we will travel to Hyde Park, home of the University of Chicago. We will visit the world famous Museum of Science and Industry.
   
 Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel.
 Morning: Experience the museum of Science and Industry on a docent-led tour. Additional time available to explore the museum on your own.
 Lunch: Lunch at the Museum of Science and Industry.
 Afternoon: Enjoy a private tour of the Oriental Institute on the University of Chicago Campus. Followed by a docent led walking tour of Chinatown.
 Dinner: At an authentic Greek restaurant.
 Evening: Free evening to enjoy the city.

Day 5: Millennium Park/Shedd Aquarium/Lunch /Final Day in Chicago
(Thursday, September 19)

Note: We will visit Chicago's newest tourist attraction, Millennium Park followed by a visit to the Shedd Aquarium, on the city's Museum Campus.
   
 Breakfast: Breakfast at hotel.
 Morning: Field trip to Chicago's newest gem Millenium Park. Followed by a visit to the newly renovated aquarium situated on the beautiful Lake Michigan shore line.
 Lunch: Luncheon and program wrap up at a downtown restaurant.
 Afternoon: Return to hotel approx. 2 pm
