Elevate, fine-tune or learn the game of golf on the 36-hile Penn State Golf Course, nestled in picturesque "Happy Valley" with its affable college atmosphere, rolling farmland and Revolutionary War history. On Penn State’s Blue and White courses — two 18-hole layouts named for the school colors — exhilarating instruction will target participants’ needs, learning style and ability. Focus on short game, full swing, course strategies, rules of the game and more.

Denise St.
Denise St. Pierre is the head women’s golf coach at Penn State University. She draws from her experience as a collegiate golfer as well as a PGA teaching professional to help golfers reach their full potential. Denise has also coached in international competitions throughout her coaching career, including leading the U.S. team to two gold medals at the World University Games. She has served as president and secretary of the National Golf Coaches Association.

Stay in the left lane of the exit and follow the sign for Penn State University. This will become Park Avenue. Travel Park Avenue to the stop light at Allen Street.   from Pittsburgh (125 miles+) Route 22 East to Duncansville. Then take Route 220/I-99 North bypassing downtown Altoona and Tyrone. After Port Matilda, take route 322 East to State College. Stay on Business Route 322/North Atherton Street, past a variety of businesses. At the light at Park Avenue, turn Left. The Inn is on your right.
  from Washington, DC (nearly 200 miles) Take Route 270 to Frederick, MD; follow signs for Route 15 North: stay on 15 North through Camp Hill and Marysville PA: from 15 N take the exit for Route 322 West to State College/Lewistown and follow 322 West to the Penn State University Park/Innovation Park Exit. Daily Schedule

Day 1: Welcome and Orientation
(Sunday, August 11)
   
 Dinner: Buffet dinner will be served at 6:00pm at the hotel.
 Evening: There will be an orientation and introduction of the participants and the presenters. Also, the student Lion Ambassadors will give a presentation on Penn State.

Day 2: Instruction Begins
(Monday, August 12)
   
 Breakfast: Buffet Breakfast at the hotel.
 Morning: This morning take a golf class on the Blue Golf Course.
 Lunch: Lunch at Club House at the Blue Golf Course.
 Afternoon: This afternoon, enjoy some golf instruction followed by the opportunity to play a game of golf.
 Dinner: Dinner at the hotel
   
Accommodations: The Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Golf Lessons/ Play a Game of Golf
(Tuesday, August 13)
   
 Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the hotel
 Morning: This morning take a golf class and take the opportunity to practice your game.
 Lunch: Box lunch at the Club House at the Blue Golf Course.
 Afternoon: Enjoy a golf class and the opportunity to play a game of golf.
 Dinner: Dinner on your own to enjoy at one of the local Cafes or restaurants Downtown.
 Evening: Enjoy an evening off to enjoy Downtown, a drink at Legend's Pub, or your lovely hotel room.

Day 4: Golf Classes/ 18 Holes
(Wednesday, August 14)
   
 Breakfast: Buffet Breakfast at the hotel.
 Morning: Golf classes and the opportunity to practice.
 Lunch: Lunch at the Club House.
 Afternoon: Coach will assign tee times and you can play 9 holes, 18 holes, or somewhere in-between.
 Dinner: Lovely Buffet Dnner at The Penn Stater.
 Evening: Take a swim, enjoy a drink at Legends Pub, take the van to the campus creamery for some ice cream, relax in your hotel room, or find some friends for a game of bridge or Yahtzee! (ask counselors for supplies).

Day 5: Instruction, Tee Times
(Thursday, August 15)
   
 Breakfast: Buffet Breakfast at the hotel.
 Morning: Play Golf with tee times, play as many holes as you wish - carts will be provided.
 Lunch: Lunch at the Club House.
 Afternoon: Play golf - 9 holes, 18 holes, or as many as you'd like.
 Dinner: Farewell Dinner at the hotel.
 Evening: Guest Speaker, to be determined

Day 6: Final Game of Golf/ Departures
