Dreams are our unconscious source of wisdom. We will explore the hidden meaning in our dreams, discover our inner truth and realize our strengths and capabilities. We will also discover how dreams can facilitate healing.



Health and Nutrition

How do I lead a healthy lifestyle through food choices? What is Omega 3? How much protein should I eat? What foods do I avoid to help lower cholesterol? Come, learn the answers to these and other questions about your health and nutrition.

  From the East (Fort Wayne) Take US 30 westbound to Union Road (marked by Ancilla College, Donaldson and Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center directional signs), proceed south on Union Road for approximately 2 miles (you will go through 3 stop signs). 1/8 mile past the third stop sign is the main entrance on your right. Follow the entrance onto the campus. To your left will be a parking lot designated "Lot D". Please park in Lot D and enter the Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center building adjacent to the parking lot. Directional signs with the word "Road Scholar" with an arrow will be posted at US 30 and Union Road, Union Road and Retreat Center driveway.
  From the North (South Bend, IN and Michigan) Follow US 31 south to US 30 westbound. Continue on US 30 for 8 miles turning south onto Union Road (marked by Ancilla College, Donaldson and Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center directional signs) Take US 30 westbound to Union Road (marked by Ancilla College, Donaldson and Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center directional signs), proceed south on Union Road for approximately 2 miles (you will go through 3 stop signs). 1/8 mile past the third stop sign is the main entrance on your right.
