Dreams are our unconscious source of wisdom. We will explore the hidden meaning in our dreams, discover our inner truth and realize our strengths and capabilities. We will also discover how dreams can facilitate healing.

How do I lead a healthy lifestyle through food choices? What is Omega 3? How much protein should I eat? What foods do I avoid to help lower cholesterol? Come, learn the answers to these and other questions about your health and nutrition.
