• Experience the power of the ancient healing art of acupressure to relieve pain, balance the body and maintain good health, and learn the methods so you can employ them at home.
• Learn what it means to “eat consciously,” the importance of knowing where your food comes from and how simple practices can improve your nutrition and appreciation of the food you eat.
