Take a beginning course and learn how to organize genealogical materials and compose a personal history. Use the new Family Search Website to organize home and family sources. Participate in the intermediate course and become a historian and utilize the Family History Library Catalog to study land records and population movement, court records and military indexes.

Hotel offers free shuttle to and from Salt Lake International Airport. The first hotel shuttle (free shuttle) leaves for the airport at 6:30 AM and every 30 minutes thereafter. Paid taxi service will be required prior to 6:30 AM.

  EAST If you are approaching Salt Lake City from the East , you will be on Interstate-80 Westbound. Get onto Interstate 15 North Take exit 306 (600 South exit). Travel East (toward mountains) until you come to West Temple Street. Turn left. Travel 5 blocks to South Temple Street. You will see the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel on the corner at 122 West South Temple.
  NORTH If you are approaching Salt Lake City from the North, you will be on Interstate 15 Southbound. Take exit 307 (400 south exit). Travel East (toward mountains) until you come to West Temple street. Turn left. Travel 4 blocks to South Temple Street. You will see the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel on the corner at 122 West South Temple.
  SOUTH If you are approaching Salt Lake City from the South, you will be on Interstate 15 Northbound. Take exit 306 (600 South exit). Travel East (toward mountains) until you come to West Temple Street. Turn left. Travel 5 blocks to South Temple Street. You will see the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel on the corner at 122 West South Temple.
  WEST If you are approaching Salt Lake City from the West, you will be on Interstate-80 Eastbound. Continue traveling east towards Salt Lake City. Take exit 307 (400 south exit). Travel East (toward mountains) until you come to West Temple Street. Turn left. Travel 3 blocks to South Temple Street. You will see the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel on the corner at 122 West South Temple.

 Afternoon: Begin your daily research at the Family History Library. Group begins individual consultations with expert genealogists.
 Dinner: Dinner at Plaza Hotel
 Evening: Class in Conference Room of Hotel.
