EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. Minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding, and rewarding, programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
On southwest Florida’s Paradise Coast, Naples enchants visitors with a charming historic center, world-class dining and museums, and a beautiful setting on the Gulf of Mexico. The nearby Everglades is a sacred reserve with a magical quality that has inspired artists and writers and mobilized politicians and conservationists in its defense. Become engrossed in the history and atmosphere of both places and study the interplay through the centuries between a booming city and a fragile ecosystem.

• At the Conservancy of Southwest Florida in Naples, learn about urgent ecological issues facing the region and how conservationist organizations work to resolve them.
• Explore Shark Valley, the "heart of the Everglades," with an expert naturalist and observe one of North America's unique ecosystems.
• Visit the Collier County Museum and Naples Depot Museum to hear the story of the region from prehistory and early human habitation to the frontier era and the arrival of the railroad.
