ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding, and rewarding, programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Santa Fe vibrates with a unique energy derived from its ancient history and current events, its multicultural population, its creative citizens and the influx of visitors coming to experience past and present life styles. Enjoy a city exploration, museum visits, historic churches, art galleries and pueblo ruins. Excursions and classroom activities are led by instructors specializing in the area's history, people, art and artists. Take a New Mexican cuisine class and celebrate Thanksgiving at a fine restaurant while gaining a depth of experience and knowledge not often found by the casual visitor to Santa Fe.

• Meet award-winning Native American songwriter and musician Ronald Roybal, who presents a scholarly view of Native American music while performing on guitar and Native flute.
• Attend an expert lecture on the life and works of iconic New Mexico artist Georgia O’Keeffe, then bring your new knowledge with you to the O’Keefe Museum to examine her paintings up close.
• Learn how to prepare Southwestern cuisine with James Beard Award-winning chefs.
