Local experts tell the story behind Revolutionary War landmarks, Civil War-era forts and antebellum culture, painting a detailed picture of one of the most beautiful and historically complex regions in America.

• Enjoy three centuries of history in Charleston, where you’ll be invited inside gracious antebellum homes and the 18th-century plantation and National Historic Landmark, Middleton Place.
• From storied mansions to live oaks draped in Southern moss, experience the one-of-a-kind Southern charm of Savannah, Georgia.
