Program #20663RJ
6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Active
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Santa Fe boasts more than 250 art galleries and a museum for every 4,000 residents. It is one of the most diverse and beautiful small cities in the world and is often called “The City Different.” On this exceptional and surprising Southwestern adventure, each program date will introduce you to a special event — cultural celebrations, varied dining experiences, themed field trips and more. Treat yourself to a discovery of this cultural oasis in the mountains and gain a historical perspective of the city, New Mexico and the its people.

Highlights

• Visit the Indian Arts Research Center at the School for Advanced Research to view pottery, weavings, paintings and baskets seldom seen by the general public.
• Enjoy a walking/driving exploration of the city, to include the historic Plaza and NM State Capitol Building's art collection.
• Dine at Santa Fe's well-known restaurants and enjoy world-class cuisine in unique and charming settings.
