Delve into complementary medicine with staff from the world-renowned Mayo Clinic and Integrative Therapies Licensed Practitioners. Take a comprehensive look at acupuncture, chiropractic care, homeopathy, healing massage, reiki, tai chi, yoga and other mind/body practices. Keeping fit also means eating right. Learn how your diet has a major effect on your health and well being.


• Meet with Mayo Clinic staff and discuss the effectiveness of integrative health care in treating injuries and maintaining good health.
• Put into practice your new knowledge by trying tai chi, qui gong and other exercise strategies for keeping fit and preventing injury.
• Discover facts and myths about cholesterol, fiber, vitamins, weight management and label reading.
