10 Days | 9 Nights
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. Minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding, and rewarding, programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Bring your glove and board a classic riverboat for a paddlewheel adventure on the Upper Mississippi and Ohio rivers, seeing and talking baseball — trivia, movies, stats, swinging a bat — as you wind timeless miles from St. Louis to Cincinnati. Go ashore to watch a major league game, explore some bustling ballparks, have a catch and a pickup game with new friends, and visit the factory where Louisville Slugger bats are made.

• Phil Nuxhall, son of former major leaguer Joe Nuxhall, is onboard throughout to open a colorful window into major league life.
• See the St. Louis Cardinals play at quaint Busch Stadium, experience the best amateur ballpark around, walk the Cincinnati Reds’ Triple-A ballpark, and take home a mini-bat from the Louisville Slugger Factory.
• Develop horse sense up close at the famous paddocks of Churchill Downs and later get in the saddle against others in an interactive horse-racing exhibit at the Kentucky Derby Museum.

Activity Notes

Walking up to one-half mile, some steps.
