Experience the beauty of Portland and its surrounding countryside in this biking adventure! Enjoy five days of bike rides along paths and lightly traveled roads, and along the Willamette River. Visit Multnomah Falls — the tallest waterfall in Oregon — and meander along the streets of Portland's pedestrian friendly downtown where public art abounds. Explore the historic highway in the Columbia River Gorge, Champoeg State Park and Hood River, world renowned for its windsurfing.


• Bike peaceful back roads in the Willamette Valley as well as bike paths in Portland along the Willamette River.
• Pedal along the Columbia River and delight in breathtaking views of Mount Hood and the waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge.
• Enjoy a visit to historic Timberline Lodge and visit Portland for a free afternoon to explore the city.
Due to the nature of this program, listening devices are not available.

Activity Notes

For intermediate riders comfortable on roads with some traffic. Bike rides 10-25 miles a day. Comfortable, safe bikes and helmets provided. Elevations of 6,000 feet.
