See all of our New programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
The ballet, the symphony, the theater and the fine arts: Put them together and you’ve got a complete Seattle arts immersion and a fabulous way to spend a week in this beloved Northwest city. Attend four evening performances and spend afternoons going backstage at Marion Oliver McCaw Hall and Benaroya Hall to learn about the inner workings of the opera, the ballet and a world-class symphony orchestra. Gain insight into the local arts scene in discussions with dance and theater pros and critics, and see what’s new at the dynamic Pike Place Market.

• Take the Lake Union Streetcar to the Museum of History and Industry to discover Seattle’s rowdy past and bright future, and explore the architecturally distinguished Central Library.
• Enjoy admission to four performances of ballet, concert music and opera, as well as backstage experiences.
• Top off the week by zipping to the top of the Space Needle, then marvel at the sparkling art of glass-master Dale Chihuly at the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit.
