ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Take a step back to the 1890s at the world-famous Silver Dollar City theme park to enjoy a good ol’ Ozark festival featuring the best in traditional music, arts, crafts and food! Select from festivals in spring, fall or winter and spend two days taking in music performances and expert demonstrations of traditional crafts. In spring, the Bluegrass and BBQ Festival showcases the top names in Bluegrass music. In fall, the National Harvest and Cowboy Festival features Western arts and cowboy poetry. And in winter, An Old Time Christmas celebrates the season amid 5 million dazzling lights and 1,000 decorated Christmas trees. Whenever you attend, you’ll enjoy a memorable performance in the famed entertainment destination of Branson as well.

• Learn historic Ozark traditions in music, food, arts and crafts from modern-day experts still practicing these arts.
• Attend a fun and unforgettable performance of a well-known production in Branson, Mo., the town dubbed “The Live Entertainment Capital of the World.”
• Enjoy the thrill of the Silver Dollar City theme park, which features numerous performers, crafters, and adventure rides (for those daring) such as the world’s fastest wooden roller coaster.

Time at the festivals is self-directed. Programs are provided to help you select from among performers, crafters, shows and rides.
