See our Small Group programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Experience British Columbia’s iconic and hidden treasures in one great multi-activity adventure that ventures off-the-beaten path — discovering the best of Vancouver, Victoria and the pristine waters and ancient forests of southern Vancouver Island. In Vancouver, enjoy miles of clean beaches, beautiful gardens and the winding seawall, towering cedars, footpaths and totems of Stanley Park. By bike and on foot, explore portions of the Galloping Goose Trail from Victoria to the rugged West Coast Trail as ocean and mountain vistas follow you wherever you go.

Highlights

• Discover the protected waters of Burrard Inlet and Indian Arm with Coast Salish representatives, followed by a traditional salmon shore dinner.
• Experience the incredible panoramic view of Vancouver Harbour and the beautiful Gulf Islands by seaplane on an exciting flight to Victoria on Vancouver Island.
• Explore by bike some of Victoria's most treasured landmarks, gardens and seaside communities, including the historic Inner Harbour, idyllic Oak Bay neighborhoods and Craigdorach Castle.

Activity Notes

Walk 3–5 miles with interpretive stops. Bike 12 miles over three hours on paved paths/trails. Kayak on calm, protected water, no experience required. Gently paddle or simply ride on canoe trip. Kayak/bike alternatives offered.
