Program #14375RJ
5 Days | 4 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate
While all of our learning adventures offer extraordinary value, our "Best Value" programs were rated by our participants themselves who thought their dollar went particularly far.
Love to learn in a small-group setting? This collection of programs has at most 10-24 participants.
See our Small Group programs.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Indulge your senses with an in-depth study of the craft for which the Pacific Northwest is justly famous. Learn about the latest trends in ceramics, glass, jewelry and fiber arts from craft artists and teachers, and join docents inside leading art institutions in Seattle, Tacoma and Bellevue. Take in the exciting Seattle art scene, from the galleries of Pioneer Square to the Olympic Sculpture Park and the artisans of Pike Place Market.

Highlights

• Explore the newly expanded Seattle Art Museum, the craft-focused Bellevue Arts Museum and Tacoma's vibrant cultural district, including the Museum of Glass, the Tacoma Art Museum and the Chihuly exhibit at Union Station.
• Delight in Dale Chihuly's sparkling new Garden and Glass exhibit at the Seattle Center, his grandest show yet, displayed indoors and out in a garden setting.
• Go behind the scenes at lively, historic, Pike Place Market and zip to the top of Seattle's landmark Space Needle.
