Program #20503RJ
6 Days | 5 Nights
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
So much of the humor we enjoy was inspired by some of the 20th century’s comic greats. We’ll recall the genius of three teams who achieved legendary status in movies, Broadway and TV. Danny Kaye and Sylvia Fine were born in Brooklyn and attended Thomas Jefferson High, but took very different paths until they met in an off-Broadway show and created a duo act. Learn about them and two other classic comedic troupes in this non-stop laugh riot.

• Learn how famous comedians like Woody Allen, Mel Brooks, Carl Reiner and Neil Simon came to prominence and made humor history.
• Discuss the lives and careers of Danny Kaye and Sylvia Fine, and enjoy an evening of musical entertainment by a local artist.
• Laugh at the antics of Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca, two of the top 1950s TV stars.
