EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Program intended for grandchildren from 9 - 13 years of age.

From the grandstands of Fenway to a game of pick-up baseball on the Boston Common, where modern baseball was shaped a century ago, explore Boston's link to a pastime enjoyed by Americans young and old. Relieve some of baseball's greatest memories with your grandchild on a behind-the-scenes field trip to Fenway Park, visit the Boston Sports Museum located in TD Garden (home of the Boston Celtics and Bruins) for a scavenger hunt, and soak up Revolutionary War history on the Freedom Trail before heading to a local farm league game in a modern ballpark with the nostalgic charm.

Highlights

• Experience both a Red Sox and a local farm team baseball game.
• Explore historic Fenway Park, "America's Most Beloved Ballpark
• Take a boat ride into Boston Harbor to Fort Warren on George's Island.

Program Notes

Due to the MLB ticket policy, we cannot reimburse participants for a cancelled game due to weather or other act of god. We will do our best to provide an alternate activity and reschedule if possible.
