Road Scholar
Program #20809RJ
6 Days | 5 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderately Challenging
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Nestled among the Green Mountains and convenient to many Northeast metropolitan areas, Mount Snow boasts some of the best skiing in New England. Take advantage of four mornings of ski lessons with PSIA-certified instructors and spend your afternoons perfecting your technique amid the Green Mountain National Forest. Enjoy short lift lines thanks to the newly opened Bluebird six-seat bubble chairlift and enjoy informative evenings with resort staff, historians and naturalists who teach you about the history, wildlife and daily operations of Mount Snow.

Highlights

• Morning stretch classes prepare you for group clinics each day, while video analysis and afternoons of free skiing reinforce what you’ve learned.
• Learn from Mount Snow management, snowmaking personnel and ski patrol about how the mountain is maintained and operated.
• Meet Lynn Levine, a local forester and author, to discuss native wildlife and her work creating interpretive nature trails.
